Ad-Aware Anniversary Edition 手動更新定義檔

Lavasoft 公佈已於2009/3/31以後不再提供所有 SE 的技術支援及更新定義檔，所以我的 Ad-Aware SE Professional 1.06r1 必須強迫使用新推出 Free 版的 Ad-Aware Anniversary Edition。

Lavasoft 官方終止提供所有 SE 的技術支援及定義檔的 重要通知

使用 AE 版還是會擔心無法更新定義檔的困擾，於是又花了時間研究它.....終就給它研究出來了。

步驟如下：
1. 首先進入 Lavasoft 官方網站的定義檔 下載頁面 的右上角圖示去下載定義檔 ↓


2. 將 Core.zip 壓縮檔儲存到電腦桌面


3. 然後到電腦桌面就會看到剛剛下載的 Core.zip 壓縮檔
4. 游標移至 Core.zip → 按右鍵解壓縮到桌面


5. 立即出現 Core.aawdef 定義檔在桌面


6. 在複製定義檔前先將「隱藏的檔案及資料夾」打開

開始/我的電腦/工具/資料夾選項/檢視



7. 在進階設定內 → 勾選「顯示所有檔案和資料夾」


8. 將 Core.aawdef 定義檔複製到下面的路徑底下
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware\Defs


以上步驟即完成手動更新定義檔程序。

You can also manually download and update the definitions file.

1. Download from http://download.lavasoft.com/public/core.zip
2. Extract the file (core.aawdef) directly to the Ad-Aware folder, either:

XP:
* C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware\Defs

Vista:

* C:\Program Data\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware\Defs

(note: You can also go to, update->settings and click 'import' browse to where you have saved (core.aawdef), select this file then click 'open' and 'ok'.)

3. Close and restart Ad-Aware from the System Tray icon.
